Information Technology Support or Products
Provision of information technology advise, support or products at the indicated rate per hour. (Excluding disbursements, travelling and product cost, subject to each signed Service Level Agreement)
- This exclude the cost and any traveling cost related to site visits and or products procured based on written quotations accepted by you as client.
- Disbursements including travelling, accommodation and meals will be an additional cost as agreed per the required trips if applicable.
- A project charter and service level agreement will be drafted at the first initiation meeting and will govern the execution of the work.
