Home Improvement South Africa

HISA

“All South Africans need to work together in a concerted effort to improve service delivery, bolster job creation and expedite transformation”.

Combined with the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa’s [Act 108 of 1998, Section 26] and National Housing Act [107 of 1997] which respectively state that:

“Everyone has the right to have access to adequate housing and the state owes to it taking reasonable legislative and other measures within its available resources to achieve the progressive realization of this right” and “To provide for the facilitation of a sustainable housing development process”.

Home Improvement South Africa (HISA), a hundred 100% black owned company innovated a unique and one of its kind housing typology, which has a potential to transform the currently employed housing landscape while wielding a great potential for franchisability prospects.

Whilst responding to fundamental requirement of adequate housing and accommodation demand, the housing scheme in question is multi-faceted and well positioned to function as a practical machinery to accelerate economic growth and create massive scale jobs within township communities that will meaningfully augment or bolster the Governments’ objectives to improve township economies.
