The Eastern Cape Film Hub Renovation and Construction was done under SitholeSS and Partners Inc.
Phase 2 of the Implementation required the following services and areas to be designed and implemented

- Disabled Lift Installation
- HVAC (air-conditioning, extractions and fresh air supply) installations
- Editing Suite
- Multi-Function Studio
- Reception
- Robotics/Lighting Lab
- Library/Boardroom
- Multi-Function Studio
- Studio will be used for backdrop productions, broadcasting, shows, Virtual Reality, etc
- Production of educational –YouTube – Content to assist with distanced learning
- Infinity Green Screen and Studio recording management system
- Sound Room
- Division of Sound Room to allow for recording studio
- Apply soundproofing and acoustics to improve recording experience
- Auditorium - installation of acoustic material on ceilings
- Robotics/Lighting Lab
- Access Control as required
- Additional CCTV cameras
- Branding of Film Hub
Under SitholeSS and Partners Inc have we done, Phase 1 (including Phase 2) of the refurbishment was successfully concluded at the end of February 2020, which included the following (in summary): Roof and Floor structure improvements, Gutter improvement and replacements, Generator Installation, Mechanical Installations, Electrical Services, on Ground and First Floor, Electronic services, inclusive of Access Control, Alarm System, CCTV Monitoring and several refurbishment and/or construction of the following areas:
